Kirkuk province Iraqi police announces capturing in site an individual attempting to plant an IED ,while the other one could escape ,the information been report mentioned that 2 individuals were planting an IED between Almahmodya village & Domiz neighborhood south Kirkuk province.

While police forces raided the area and detected couple IEDS ,as well as manufacturing substances used for bombs ,and 6 individuals been detained within this raid.
