VBIED blast kills 4 civilians & injures other 7 on Salah Aldin

VBIED blast kills 4 civilians & injures other 6 ,at the middle of Tikrit city located in Salah Aldin province.

Official security spokesman” the VBIED was parked on road side nearby health directorate of Salah Aldin .”

Also mentioned that blast led to damaging the environment building around the health directorate ,as well as the vehicles close to the blast.
