Vitamin C effects
New British researches been published lately , refers that foods with high contents of vitamin C ,reduces the potential danger of being infected with diabetesinsipidus .
The study included men and women in average ages ,even older aged ones been chosen ,and later on experiments proven that people with high vitamin C contents in blood may survive the potential infection of diabetesinsipidus for period of 12 years comparing with others who has less ratio of C vitamin in blood.
D.r Nita.j who works at adinbrok hospital metabolism sciences institute, located in Cambridge on England, said that the vegetables and fruits is the main source of vitamin C in the western meals ,and the high contents of vitamin C in blood are good indication for eating fruits and vegetables .
Also the researchers said: the current results are confirmation for general health, to have people increase their consumption of fruits and vegetables.
At the beginning of the study all the participants proceeded useful informations about health and life style in general, as well as blood samples to determine ratio of vitamin C .
And along the study period 423 man&312 woman been infected with the second type of diabetesinsipidus infection, with total calculated ratio of 2.3% .
In the results : the researchers referred that diabetesinsipidus infection was reduced 63% within men&women who had higher vitamin C content in blood comparing with the ones who hasn’t .
Disregarding the other potential factors such as : age ,gender, taking alcohol, physical activity ,smoking, weight , that which didn’t have that big effect within diabetesinsipidus infection pretty much .
D.r nita study group summarized the results and presented persuading evidence on the C vitamin benefit within fruits & vegetables pertaining the diabetesinsipidus infection.
