The hybrid system plans essentially to derive fuel from hydrogen and oxygen ,generated by the electrolysis of water ,also the only byproduct resulting from hydrogen and oxygen components of combustion within the engine is water vapor ,therefore emissions are usually cleaner ,emitting fewer polluting particles ,in short .

Water electrolysis simply breaks down the water into basic hydrogen and oxygen atoms by passing an electronic current through it ,also it doesn’t require to add an electrolyte (such as acid) to water to assure the electrical conductivity ,as is required in battery ,but plain old tap water works fine because it contains natural electrolytes such as minerals ,and also municipal additives such as chlorine which also aid in the electrical conductivity .

But in hybrid cell the water will be broke down into O and H2 under low voltage and low frequency of (12 volt ,15_20 hertz sequenced) ,and this voltage applied on water by Roundy plates ring shaped of two ,the first one anode which forms the outside electrode ,and the second one cathode which forms the inner electrode ,and both shall be one inside the other ,and a coil placed on top of them to control the insulation of hydrogen from oxygen while analyzing the water ,therefore the coil takes same voltage and frequency of the electrodes applied in cell .

Such hybrid cell isn’t costy ,and in the soon future it will be main power source .
