IED blast Nearby FPS vehicle results wounding one FPS and one civilian at 10:30 am of this morning nearby the court house of Kirkuk province.

Security official spokesman announces that the blast was done by an IED left nearby FPS vehicle.

And he also added saying that the blast wounded FPS individual and one civilian were nearby the blast.

And the blast corresponded the annual 4^th conference for the police of Kirkuk that which discusses the activities of the police for the last year.
