Coalition forces statement "the ministry of interior issued detaining warrant on those three suspect employees and related their involvement to implement assaults and killing with IEDs and mortar shells and also rumoring and displacing people at the areas of Rashid and Karada in Baghdad.

And also the statement mentioned that two of the detainees were brothers, and accused with killing 4 civilians by mortar shells and one of those brothers funds Alqaeda organization in Iraq.
