The council of Hawija township had set their usual meet ,headed by Hussein Ali Salih who is council chief and also the meet attended by two other council members Mohamed Khalil and Burhan Muzher and other local security chiefs as well as the coalition forces officer colonel vanik ,and the meet were in the same township of Hawija southwest Kirkuk .

And the council chief mentioned the multiple big achievements done at the township, and referred to the good procedures afforded by the local security forces and the other establishment administrators and for their support to provide security and stabilizing the region, encouraging them to continue chasing Alqaeda to keep on their achievements.

And Kirkuk province council member Mohamed Khalil referred to the latest updates pertaining the political situation in Iraq and especially in Kirkuk, as well as the political conflicts of making the province council election concerning the delay or proceed.

And Khalil called for the constructional team of province and referred them to push on Kirkuk elected bill to make them implement the dealt on bonds pertaining reconstruction, saying" all the bonds must be done cause it contributes in supporting security and stabilization and activating the constructional part in the province ", and concerning the proposed suggestions for delaying the Kirkuk elections ,Khalil said" we are supporting making elections and we will participate in them and it wont be interrupted by any one when it will be delayed ,but we also have couple conditions if its postponed ,one of them is reviewing the issue pertaining bringing back the displaced individuals to Kirkuk and auditing the elections and the necessary need to make the elections in one day ."

And council chief of Hawija township confirmed his refusal to  demostra the united states envoy to Iraq who referred to postpone the elections in Kirkuk.

And the council of Hawija discussed the issue of renewing the agricultural contracts for the farmers ,when the farmers referred to obstructive way taken by making them go to the Al Baath uprooting center while the number of the farmers is 20 thousand ,which make it hard on them to finish the paper work ,and the agricultural committee chief sheik Burhan Mizher Alassi said that he will research the possible way to solve it with the council administration of Kirkuk and the bureau of uprooting Baath and find a possible solution
