Eye / The President of the UN Mission in Iraq (UNAMI), Ad Melkert, congratulated the Iraqi people for the success of the elections and the efficient participation, in spite of the criminal operations that the terrorists made to obstruct the path of voters heading to the polls. Melkert while attending the press conference held by the Electoral Commission on Sunday, following the completion of the public vote at the polling stations, called objecting political entities to submit objections to the Commission, to take appropriate action and hold violators accountability.
