Al-Rafidain Organization for Peace Building announces its services
Al-Rafidain Organization for Peace-Building, one of the Iraqi civil society organizations, non-governmental, non-profit, and independent organization meant with peace-building, conflict resolution and promoting a culture of dialogue and renounce violence and fighting, and contributes to support the society through activities and cultural and humanitarian acts, and seeks to promote the concepts of human rights, democracy, and peaceful coexistence among the components of the Iraqi society.
The aim of this organization is to preserve the Iraqi identity away from sectarian and racial discrimination, and to work on devotion to the national unity and dissemination of the culture of dialogue and peaceful coexistence, and support the principles of human rights according to the international conventions and the World Declaration of Human Rights, and work to educate young people and encourage them to participate in the political and social life, as well as to activate the freedom of opinion and the other opinion and advocate and activate the role of women in Iraqi society, as well as preparing activists in the field of conflict resolution and peace.
- Al-Rafidain Organization declared its readiness for the following:
1- Development of plans and scientific programs and setting up projects which contribute to the achievement of peace and freedom of living without sectarian, ethnic or religious discrimination.
2- Work to hold seminars, conferences and meetings and the establishment of events and cultural, social and artistic activities.
3- Holding workshops aimed at fighting administrative and financial corruption.
4- The establishment of programs and educational and scientific sessions, and public awareness and education in the various areas.
5 - Conduct educational campaigns for the Iraqi university students in all areas.
6 - Using the media to disseminate and achieve the objectives of the organization.
